Need Filled July 1

Need to fill ASAPPlease call to chat, I have had so many and spam and emails.Sorry no couples and no pets.2 minutes to Light Rail. Min to Downtown. Mins to DTC.The house is almost square feet with large kitchen and newer appliances. Huge patio with tons of room for BBQ with friends or drink after work. There are also 2 full "living rooms" set up so there is always room for privacy if desired.Room for rent is very large and has great closet space.Roommate 1, me, Alex, m is a small business owner and works from home part time. Enjoys anything outdoors. I am usually working or out for a ride on my motorcycle. I have been here years and absolutely love the area and the house.Roommate 2, Chris, late twenties, builds massive concrete pumps that 3d print houses, it’s pretty cool stuff. He works a ton and when he is home really just hangs out in his room, he’s a really quiet and to himself roommate. Both of us are very much to ourselves and not looking for a party animal or someone who is going to introduce a hectic house.House atmosphere is friendly, extremely laid back and very quiet. Friends come over and have a beer rarely, but we don't have raging parties or do drugs ever. I work a lot so work play balance is healthy. No "house rules" (some people have asked?), just be friendly, kind, pick up after yourself, keep the home in good condition and everyone is good to go! This house is awesome and the area is phenomenal.Contact Alex .(Many have asked) - Light rail is less than a quarter mile. 5 min walk Tops

Seeking ASAP roommate - June/July

Hello! I’m a yr old woman looking for a roommate (strongly prefer female, but I’m open if the right male roommate presents themselves) for my BR apartment in RedPeak Colorado Station. This August will mark 2yrs of living here; my lease ends . I just renewed it solo after someone out of state backed out at the last min. I’m hoping to have you submitted to my leasing office by the end of June for approval to add you on with a move-in day between the end of June to early/mid July.Amenities include a gym, in-ground pool during the summers & a resident lounge with stuff like a pool table. Only about a mile from DU, it’s been a great and very safe spot to live: the building my unit is in is set back in a quiet residential area on a side street, yet it’s still very close to everything in South Denver/University Park. We have a laundry and mail room in the other building on the property. My ideal roommate is willing to split cleaning tasks and responsibilities with me, is easygoing and responsible, doesn’t expect to have company stay overnight for more than a few days out of the month (at least most of the time,) is reasonably quiet and respectful & doesn’t come with more than pets (I have a cat named Bodhi!)Base rent will be $ for your half. Combining rent with the complex’s water/gas fees, Xcel energy, rental insurance, Wi-Fi. etc., your TOTAL half of all recurring basic costs per month here will be approximately $ per month, up to $ max.If interested, let's chat to get to know one another and set up a day/time for you to come check the place out! If we hit it off, I’ll show you how to apply through my leasing office. Partially furnished, but your room is currently empty. My old roommate took some of our communal things like the couch (these things pretty easy to replace for free,) but I have everything else that would be considered "shared" here already and you’d be more than welcome to use them anytime (microwave, vacuum etc.)
