Bedroom in Basement Apt!

Description

I am looking for a FEMALE roommate to share a basement apartment with an older, Spanish-speaking woman.

**Availability:** Mid-September

**Location:** Iliff Ave & I- in Aurora. The house is conveniently located near RTD transportation, including the Iliff and NineMile train stations. This safe neighborhood is part of The Chateaux at Aurora Park community. It is close to DTC, Anschutz Medical Campus, Medical Center of Aurora, Buckley AFB, and the Iliff Light Rail station, as well as various retail, dining, and parks, including Utah Park and Cherry Creek State Park.

**If you are a flight attendant without a car, you can get to the airport in less than an hour using RTD transportation, costing $ten each way.**

**Rental Agreement:** Month-to-month. Utilities are billed separately and shared equally among residents. You will need to arrange your own internet service or use the hotspot on your phone. A security deposit
is required.

UNFURNISHED bedroom for single occupancy only. The basement apartment features a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. There is NO living room. The bathroom is shared with one other lady, and the laundry appliances and entrance are shared with 3 others. The basement is radon-mitigated and has egress windows for safety.

**Pets:**
One small hypoallergenic pet is allowed if you clean up after it. I don't have a yard, but there is a dog park in my community. I won't charge a pet fee, and I may also be able to occasionally dog-sit for you!
