It is close to DTC, Anschutz Medical Campus, Medical Center of Aurora, Buckley AFB, and the Iliff Light Rail station, as well as various retail, dining, and parks, including Utah Park and Cherry Creek State Park.**If you are a flight attendant without a car, you can get to the airport in less than an hour using RTD transportation, costing $ten each way.****Rental Agreement:** Month-to-month. Utilities are billed separately and shared equally among residents. You will need to arrange your own internet service or use the hotspot on your phone. I don't have a yard, but there is a dog park in my community.
