Looking for roommate

Welcome! We are looking for one more roommate for our lovely home! We have a room in the basement with a semi private bathroom. Rent includes all utilities and chores will be shared among the household. You will have street parking and have a code to get into the property while also having your own key to your room. Your roommates all live upstairs and all have mixed schedules. You will have access to all common areas. Rent is per month with a deposit. We are looking for move in but can be flexible. Room is not furnished however if you would like a mattress we can provide. No smoking allowed inside and we are not friendly. No pets allowed and prefer to have a single adult.
