I have a room for rent in Denver th and Elm close to public transportation, schools, hospitals, major highways, major shopping, eateries… it’s all close by. This is a bath house. There are 3 people living here. Everyone is pretty quiet, clean and keeps to themselves. There are 2 refrigerators and everyone has their own pantry for storage of their food. Large backyard and garden if you like to plant food.

I have 2 large dogs (GSD, 7, male-neutered, and GSD mix, eleven, female-spayed) and 2 cats (DSH, male-neutered and female-spayed). The other roommates are also queer and neurodivergent.

It is a ranch with a basement. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. The 2 bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom and a common area. We have everything you might need. A furnished kitchen, common area, and outdoor furnishings. My brother and I have lived here for 2 years. One of our roommates was in a motorcycle accident and the other one wants move out at the end of the lease.My brother and I pick up after ourselves and regularly clean/ maintain the house. Pets are allowed here (we have had one since initial move-in, but we have been caring for him while our roommate has been in the hospital. He will leave end of May)I know this is pretty last second, but my brother and I don't want to move, but can't afford the rent with just the 2 of us. The monthly lease and utilities have been no more than the posted amount. And really, we are looking for 2 roommates.
