Hi! My name is Ky and I'm looking for a roommate to move in/sign a lease June 1st. I currently share a two bedroom apartment with my roommate Zoe who is ending her lease on June 1st. The month to month rate for the room is , garage and water are included, utilities are about $ and the deposit is . (Most of the pictures are from when my roommate moved in 3 years ago) About the room: The room is very spacious, carpet, a faux fireplace, and a beautiful large window that catches lots of sunlight. There is a large closet directly outside the room that has been dedicated to the room. The room will be completely unfurnished. About the house: There is a large living room in the front of the house that separates the two bedrooms, down the hall is a kitchen with a full size fridge, dishwasher and plenty of storage. In the bathroom there is a in unit washer/dryer. I have lots of furniture around the house but please bring whatever you have!! About me:I'm (They/She), I like to do art, play music, watch movies, I love to cook and bake, I work a few jobs (I work at a bakery, movie theater, and a restaurant) but despite the multiple jobs I tend to be at the apartment quite often. I hope you are a cat person because I have two cats (Mimi ) which is why I try to be around as often as possible. They do roam the house, but most often times are asleep in my room during the day; they are super chill and very friendly. I like to be on the more organized/clean side (we will build a chore chart but you will never have to worry about cleaning after the cats) Please message me with some details about yourself and any questions about the place :-)

The pool is at currently solar heated❣️We have two bedrooms to rent and these two rooms will share a large bathroom. The bathroom offers a double vanity so each person has their own sink area and cabinet space this bathroom has a Shower/tub combo. Garage offers a little space for a couple boxes and or a bike. The common areas include a large alley type kitchen. Each of us get a large area for pantry food, pots & pans. We are happy to share the dishes, glassware, silverware but we don’t share our pots & pans any more, sorry ❣️. Off the kitchen is a sun room that goes out to the back yard where we find a sitting area, pool & BBQ. Off the other side of the kitchen is the dining room that goes into an Entertainment area to watch TV or play music maybe? Andy is a professional musician and likes to play if our roommates do as well. Andy nor myself look or act our age’s. Andy & I are both fit, eat extremely clean getting regular massages. My husband grew up in Dublin so the Christmas holiday parties (not at our home) there in rented halls are sold out every year and you’ll be invited ❣️. Utilities split are PGE & water between all roommates. It usually average out to about one hundred & twenty & Up ? To for each roommate that AC is great but definitely cost. The house is well insulated as well. FYI Chewy doesn’t live with us we’re currently watching our daughter’s dog. This is a cat sanctuary and Certified Wildlife Habitat with resident geese and ducks with some mallard ducks who visit for breakfast and dinner.The house is on a double lot here in Concord about a mile from the Concord BART station with a major bus line ’s of a mile away. The bedroom and sitting room are large, feet. There is plenty of off-street parking and washer/dryer here. The house is located just off the freeways (5 minutes to Lucky Supermarket and Walmart in Martinez, 7 minutes to the Target in Pleasant Hill).
