We have awesome neighbor’s

The pool is at currently solar heated❣️We have two bedrooms that will be renting these two rooms will share a large bathroom. The bathroom offers a double vanity so each person has their own sink area and cabinet space this bathroom has a Shower/tub combo. Garage offers a little space for a couple boxes and or a bike. The common areas include a large alley type kitchen. Each of us get a large area for pantry food, pots & pans. We are happy to share the dishes, glassware, silverware but we don’t share our pots & pans any more, sorry ❣️. Off the kitchen is a sun room that goes out to the back yard where we find a sitting area, pool & BBQ. Off the other side of the kitchen is the dining room that goes into an Entertainment area to watch TV or play music maybe? Andy is a professional musician and likes to play if our roommates do as well. Andy nor myself look or act our age’s. Andy & I are both fit, eat extremely clean getting regular massages. My husband grew up in Dublin so the Christmas holiday parties (not at our home) there in rented halls are sold out every year and you’ll be invited ❣️. Utilities split are PGE & water between all roommates. It usually average out to about one hundred & twenty & Up ? To for each roommate that AC is great but definitely cost. The house is well insulated as well. FYI Chewy doesn’t live with us we’re currently watching our daughter’s dog.
