This is a cat sanctuary and Certified Wildlife Habitat with resident geese and ducks with some mallard ducks who visit for breakfast and dinner.The house is on a double lot here in Concord about a mile from the Concord BART station with a major bus line ’s of a mile away. The bedroom and sitting room are large, feet. There is plenty of off-street parking and washer/dryer here. Reasonable utilities included.Would your schedule permit you to help me with the resident water fowl for a reduction in rent?
