No This is a cat sanctuary and Certified Wildlife Habitat with resident geese and ducks with some mallards who fly in for breakfast and dinner . . . lololol 🤣 . . . yeah, they really do!

The house is on a double lot here in Concord about a mile from the Concord BART station with a major bus line less than a quarter of a mile away. The bedroom and sitting room are large — ten by twentyfive feet — and there’s even a private entrance for you! Plenty of off-street parking here and a washer n dryer too! Just remember to flick the lights off and shut the TV and computer down when you leave (just like you learned at home) because all reasonable utilities are included in the rent!
