All are welcome, provided you are gainfully employed and pay your bills on time, and are cool with doing your part to keep shared spaces clean (especially the kitchen and bathrooms).One room for rent is a surprisingly large square foot unfurnished second floor master bedroom with 4 huge windows facing west. This room is available now. The other room is smaller at square feet and is available August large east facing windows. Newly renovated, this grand old four-bedroom townhouse is immense with beautiful wood detailing and hardwood floors. Spacious rooms, high ceilings, and big beautiful windows throughout provide incredible natural light. First floor common areas are all fully furnished and well-appointed and include a large foyer, a living room with a big screen TV, a dining room with a large table, a new full-size washer and dryer, a half bathroom, and an enormous and well-appointed chefs’ kitchen. All this, and a great location! Just a short walk to the metro, and of course to tons of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, yoga, etc in Bloomingdale, Shaw. PLUS, the new 6+ acre Reservoir Park, with brand new rec center, is less than a block away! Rent is $ per month, plus utilities. Utilities are a flat $ per month, and include ALL utilities (electric, gas, and water) PLUS high speed Wi-Fi (designated Wi-Fi router in each bedroom) with 1Gbps download speeds AND a housekeeper who comes every three weeks to help us all keep the place nice and clean.
