The house has central AC, and we have solar panels so the electricity costs are very low. Professional cleaning services are included in the cost of rent, but roommates share cleaning responsibilities to maintain the shared space. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.The house is managed by a local landlord who lives about a mile away and is responsive to maintenance requests.
