We take covid/illness safety seriously and kindly ask that only fully vaccinated individuals express interest.The bath house is spacious and includes a large dining room, downstairs sunroom, living room, and attic as well as a beautiful back porch and backyard with lots of space for gardening. You would be sharing a bathroom with two of the roommates. The shared areas are currently furnished but there’s some room for additional furniture if you’d like. The house has central AC, and we have solar panels so the electricity costs are very low. Professional cleaning services are included in the cost of rent, but roommates share cleaning responsibilities to maintain the shared space. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.The house is managed by a local landlord who lives about a mile away and is responsive to maintenance requests.
