Looking for a roommate or two to share a unit in the Samish Flats building/Sehome neighborhood in Bellingham. You will have your own bedroom and closet and your own bathroom with its own shower/bath (bathroom not connected to the room, but will be used only by you). There is a shared fully-equipped kitchen, living room, and balcony you are welcome to use. I have two well-behaved, friendly cats who will be in the common areas. Half of the WiFi, water, sewage and trash bills would be around $ all together, and the rent would be $ or less if an additional person moved in. The building has an elevator and secure mail room with security cameras. The unit has a balcony, washer and dryer, built in microwave, large fridge and freezer, and dishwasher.
