We are three college students (F, F, M) living in the Eagle Point apartment complex looking for a fourth roommate. You would have your own room and share a bathroom with one other person. Our apartment is carpeted everywhere besides the bathrooms and entry way. We have in-unit laundry and a dishwasher. It is furnished, but you would be more than welcome to bring some of your own furniture. We live on the third floor with no elevator. Your portion of rent would be $ a month (includes WSG but not electricity). We split wifi between us. We are responsible and have never missed payments. We are looking for an open minded LGBTQ+ friendly roommate who is okay with living with two cats. We would be more than happy to let you come check it out or meet you to see if it is a fit!
