I am looking for one person to rent the 3rd bedroom. Included in the rent is a private bathroom and utilities and wifi. My house is located in Pico Rivera and the rent is $ a month. This is a single occupancy room, no pets allowed. Both I and my friend (other roommate) are Spanish speakers, I speak some english. There is street parking only for the person who rents the 3rd bedroom. There is no cleaning service for this home. The person renting the room is responsible for cleaning shared spaces when they use them. We are very quiet people, no parties. No smoking in or around the property allowed.

The complex can be a little loud at times, they are strict about over night guests and the laundry is on the first floor. It’s a great space for the price I looked for a long time to find this apartment but keep in mind it is what it is. If you want somewhere nicer truth is you’ll have to pay more that’s just that.
