Room for rent!

Hi! I live in a -bath apartment at the Reserve at Harper’s Point in Murfreesboro. My current roommate is moving out September seventh, and I’m looking for someone to take over the master bedroom with a private bathroom. The room has great natural light (not fully shown in the photos).

Rent, electric, and internet are split evenly. The apartment is fully furnished except for your bedroom.

About me: I’m a -year-old grad student. I’m pretty low-key—I spend most of my free time watching YouTube and hanging out with my cat and dog.

Ideal roommate:
• Works full-time (or is otherwise stable/responsible)
• No additional pets (since I already have two)
• Non-smoker
• Not looking for couples to move in
