Hello!! I have a private room with a shared bathroom (2 people share 1 bathroom) to rent out in my house. The house is nice and clean, and it is located in a quiet and safe area. It is close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and CSN (Charleston Campus). Also, it is not too far from the strip, downtown Fremont, downtown Summerlin, and Chinatown. Monthly rent is including utilities, trash, and wi-fi. Security deposit is required. I will run background check, and I will need a proof of income (paystubs). I am trying to run a good house. In general, I give you as much freedom as you like, as long as it does not affect the others in the house.
