We are directly across from a CatTran stop that goes on campus so it's extremely convenient for students, and from the apartment to the CatTran stop is less than a second walk. Additionally, the public bus stop is also very close and will get you directly to campus. I am a student. $ rent (for now). Rent will likely increase another $ in August when the lease gets renewed.
