Not far from campus. A littler under ten minutes by car. We are directly across from a CatTran stop that goes on campus so it's extremely convenient for students, and from the apartment to the CatTran stop is less than a minute walk. Additionally, the public bus stop is also very close and will get you directly to campus. I am a student majoring in business.

The apartment is two stories and your room and the other roommate’s room will be upstairs. No cigarettes inside. Weed is fine but non smoking methods are highly preferred. I have two very affectionate and adorable cats. You will have a full bathroom in your room (sink, toilet, shower, storage). We have a washer and dryer inside the apartment. We have a pool and a small gym. Powerful air conditioning and heater. The living room and kitchen are pretty much as pictured but the room will NOT be furnished.
