The apartment is on the first floor of a 2 family owner occupied home.  Owners live upstairs. It is a quiet neighborhood, min walk to greenline, redline, bike path, Davis and Porter sq. No off street parking. Shared washer and dryer in basement, dishwasher and porch. Must be a non smoker who is respectful of shared spaces and not too noisy in the later hours.  Sorry no pets. About me, I am bilingual in English and Spanish and I enjoy cooking, going to gym and adventuring outdoors. Rent for room is $ per month, utilities not included.
