It is a great location, close to highways and the interstate, minutes to downtown Tacoma, and tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Public transit is a block away. There is a blueberry park within walking distance where you can pick blueberries for free in the summer. The room is a good size, just repainted last month, with brand new curtains and crystal doorknobs. It has a plush king-sized bed and a dresser, with plenty of room for a desk, tv stand, or chest of drawers. The room has a walk-in closet with shelving as well. I have been restoring this house since –New paint, appliances, carpets, bathtub, vanity, light fixtures, refinished hardwood floors, etc. I am currently redoing the deck and building a pergola and an arbor in the yard. The property has a nice yard with lots of trees and gardens, with a large detached garage, if you need to store a bike/kayak. You would have your own private parking spot. I have a complete Ring security system installed as well, though I’ve never had any issues. I am a young professional and an artist/writer. I am quiet and respectful and easy to get along with.
