Hi there. I have a room for rent or possibly 2. Depends which one you prefer. One is in the house and the other is detached to the outside shop. The rent includes everything this house has to offer including all utilities and internet. It’s not a bad deal if you’re looking at what a 1 bedroom apartment will cost plus all utilities. There is a front yard and back yard. All fully enclosed. We have a bbq/pitt boss you can use. An area for friends to come and hang out for a fire in the backyard. And a park located behind my backyard with lots of room to have fun activities in.
I’m a single mom needing some help right now after a breakup which is why I’m looking for roommates
I have a son. We have a dog and 2 cats.
You animals are more than welcome to join our home. But if your cat sprays then it has to live outside.
There will be a small move in fee with or without animals Just incase of damage. This is refundable if there is no damage during move out. Ask me for info.
My home is a fun and loving and we are really easy to get along with.
We are clean living and want you to be as well. Don’t let this scare you tho. We aren’t clean freaks. Just don’t need a slob living here.
