Private room for rent in townhouse. All utilities are included in rent. House has great AC and heat, dishwasher and laundry. There is a large fridge with filtered water. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within minutes in all directions. There are two parking spots, one in a shared garage and the other a spot to the side of the house. We would share the bathroom and there is a pool. I like to keep the space pretty tidy and clean. As for me I’m working full time as a server and looking to pick up a second job. I live here with my senior labrador who’s a sweetheart and very mellow.
