Her and I have been friends for a while and are looking for someone to add to our little group! We are silly and love to spend time together but also respectful of each others space. The apartment is downtown, a 5 minute walk from st Henri metro station and a minute ride to Concordia SGW. There is a clothes washer and dryer, and a dishwasher in the unit for free. There is a front and back balcony. Also we are on the same block as 2 depanneurs and a close walk from an IGA, a Dollarama, a gym, and a park. Its a really nice place to live as it is close to a lot of amenities and things downtown but it is not too noisy or far from nature. We already have a good amount of furniture (futon, table, chairs, television, storage) and kitchen appliances (toaster oven, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher). We have one bathroom with a large spacious shower. The room available is the second largest and has a nice view of the sunset. Hydro and internet included in the price!
