I'm looking for a roommate in their twenties/thirties to share a near Lionel Groulx metro for a 1 year lease.

About me :

I need minimum general maintenance to feel at peace in my home - need a neat and clean place, the rest can be discussed.

I need some quiet time to recharge, as much as I enjoy socializing.

I work from home 3 days a week from pm.

I've already lived with a roommate and I prefer not to live like strangers with my roommate.

I eat everything which is vegetarian and sea food. But do not have problem or issues with meat.

The apartment is fully furnished and has a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit.

If you need a room that can contain a queen bed and a desk then this an apartment for you.

No animals are allowed in the apartment.
