The apartment is furnished and the room for rent which is empty but could include a desk and box spring(price to be discussed) + a closet already included in the room.
It's a brand-new in a safe, clean and central neighborhood. All services are within walking distance (grocery store, pharmacy, gym, cafés, le fun bars, bookstore, library, etc.), close to Laurier metro station and bus routes . It's very well soundproofed with a good neighborhood. The room for rent has a large closet. I've been living here for 6 months, and I feel great.
I'm someone you can count on, who likes to help out, cook, share meals once in a while and chat.
I work but I'm also at home a lot, so I'm happy to have little projects together, like movie nights or making cookies together
I'm looking for a woman between or so, independent too, clean, pays her bills on time, responsible and trustworthy. As for the rest, I'd love to learn more about you and what brings you to this ad!
