Everyone cleans up after themselves and the common areas of the house get deep cleaned by either the property manager or a professional housekeeper every two weeks. The neighborhood is tucked away, safe and quiet. It’s close to public transportation. Utilities, WiFi and Common amenities like toilet paper and paper towels and laundry soap are provided and included in the rent.
