It’s super close to a lot of food places, and right by Portsmouth Park. The house is two stories, but the second floor is taken, so the available rooms are in the first floor. The available rooms are really spacious with a lot of great outdoor lighting.I am currently a full time manager, so I rarely am home, my roommate is an art major and her boyfriend is currently still in school. We’re not very loud, but there are nights where we will stay up to watch a show or just have a little get together. We don’t mind smoking just as long as it’s outside the house.We’re looking for preferably women roommates, we are two women in the house currently (my roommate lives with her boyfriend). Cute vintage townhome just off of Vista and Burnside in Goose Hollow! We have a working fireplace in the living room, and an unfinished basement that I have turned into an art studio. The neighborhood is very safe - all of the neighbours are so sweet!Located within a short walking distance to Washington park, Providence park, Trader Joes, and NW twenty third shops! About a fifteen minute walk to Powell’s Books as well.Unfortunately this is a non-smoking property :( however, you are able to smoke on the main sidewalk just next to the street! I personally don’t drink or smoke but have no problem if you do.I have furnished the shared living areas with two couches, a Tv, dining table, coffee table, bookshelves, and a record player. I also have all the pots, pans, silverware, Tupperware, and other cooking utensils you made need! The bedroom itself is not furnished, and everything in there right now belongs to my current roommate, but I may be able to negotiate with her to see if she will leave her bed frame for a small fee if that is something you might need.Split between the two of us, utilities cost around ninety/mo each. Gas costs about $, electricity about $, sewage about $, water about $, and Xfinity for internet is $ every month. (Xfinity just announced a price hike though, so the internet may go up). Cable is included in our rent! I also have a ring camera for the front and back door just for peace of mind, and there is an annual cost of $/year for that split between us as well.Parking for this area is street parking only, unless you are able to score one of the parking garages on the property (currently they’re all occupied, so you would have to wait until someone gives their spot up, but they go for $/mo).
