Lovely landscape, equipped with a man made duck pond feet from back porch! The home offers a fireplace/WD/garage/High speed internet/Netflix/Hulu. You would be renting the 2nd bedroom and sharing a bathroom with another roommate. The common spaces are open for entertainment/entertaining, preferrably on the weekends. Overnight guests are fine, as long as they respect parking/food/utility use. Would prefer no more than 3 nights a week. Looking to rent month to month, but can lease short term for right fit.
