Hello! I have a master bedroom available starting Septmber -bedroom, 2 bath apartment on the northeast side of Bend. The location is super convenient – within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and parks.
• Rent: $/month (I pay $ for the smaller room)
• Deposit: $ move-in
• Utilities: Typically about $/month (includes parking, water, sewer, trash, electric, and valet trash). The power bill varies but has never been over $. All utilities are split .

A little about me:
My name is Ashley, I’m , and I’m an outgoing, social person who loves hiking, road trips, and watching documentaries. I’m also really passionate about all things culinary – from cooking at home to exploring new restaurants.

I have a 4-year-old ESA dog named Pharoah who is super friendly with both people and other dogs. Another dog is welcome, but unfortunately no cats (I love them, but my allergies don’t).

I keep my home clean, respectful, and peaceful, and I’m looking for a roommate who values the same – someone easygoing, tidy, and positive who wants to create a fun and welcoming space together.
