I am very easy going as long as you are into keeping up with general cleanliness of the apartment. The area is amazing, no need to worry about your car getting broken into or any homeless people nearby. The area is really safe. The room is a good size room furnished every included. The house has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms it very spacious, so you will feel like you’re in your own world . I personally tavel a lot, so I wouldn’t be at the property often, but my roommate and I are military. We respect each other’s belongings, also, we love to always keep the house clean. One of our biggest pet peeves.
