We're looking for a roommate aged ~ who values cleanliness and has stable income.
We have an extremely friendly indoor/outdoor cat (no other pets allowed).

Currently, there are gal in the house. We’re very friendly with one another but mostly keep to ourselves, with occasional small get-togethers on special occasions. We aren’t neat freaks but to keep things very clean, and have a cleaning service (see below).

Just a 4-minute walk to the famous Adams Ave 🌆☕️🧘🍻

Average Utilities: $/month per person (includes WiFi, gas, electric, water, garbage fee, and cleaning).

- Must go through our leasing company’s application process once approved.
- No couples allowed on lease. Visits and overnight stays are welcome, but this lease is for one person only.
- Guests welcome but please no big parties—let's keep noise down by PM on weekdays.
- Must have SSN (no work visas).
