URGENTLY LOOKING FOR NEW ROOMMATE

Hi,

My name is Victoria. I am years old, and I am trying to find a roommate to help replace my current roommate when the lease is up on September 1st. I have two cats and a lepord gecko, they are sweet creatures. I also work at Beyond Vision Center in Carlsbad as an eye technician. I am studying to get my optician license. I currently living in Del Mar Village H bed and two bath, with a in unit washer and dryer, along with a patio.

The kind of roommate I am in search for are couples or female roommates. I love to crochet, draw, and exercise. Hopefully in their ’s or younger. I want to be able to have fun with my roommates. Who love games and who is ok with my boyfriend staying over. Along with being ok with my two cats. I want roommates who are clean and knowing how to share space with each other. The rent is $ and trying to find people to help reduce the rent. At this time, I am unable to find another location for myself. Lease is up on September 1st. Hopefully I can renew with another roommate if possible. Serious inquiries.
