Amazon locker in lobby.-Huge private outdoor space, with patio that wraps around the entire apt.-Lots of closet and storage space-Pet friendly-$ a month (Deposit flexible)-Great neighborhood: 5 min walk from A,B,C, trains. min walk from gym. Bars, bodegas, and grocery stores one block away. 3 blocks from Central Park, 2 blocks from Morningside Park.I'm a M teacher and writer, I have a 9 year old very chill dog. I'm pretty chill, I like guitar, crosswords and cooking. I'm not a neatfreak, but I am looking for someone respectful, communicative and who can keep a clean bathroom. I keep to myself mostly, and work long hours when the summer is d for weekends out of the month. Dogs welcome on a case by case basis. Sorry, but no cats, and no couples.Looking for at least 6 month stay, but flexible - open to shorter or longer.
