As a kicker, the apartment is rent-stabilized. The room is quiet, has floor-to-ceiling windows, gets plenty of sun (south facing), fits a queen bed, desk, bookcase, & wardrobe. I live downstairs in the basement & Billy lives upstairs in a room across from yours. The apartment has 2 floors w/a sunny private balcony on your floor & windows looking out into a small courtyard. We're on the ground floor in the back of the building, so it's tranquil, private, & safe. We have an in-unit washer & dryer. I’m in my mid/late ’s & Billy is in his mid/late ’s.
