A little bit about us, I am born and raised in SD and love energy healing modalities, climbing some trees, wandering OB with my besties, shuffling, listening to electronic music, learning how to sew… the list goes on! Brian is super into skating, anime, Halloween, wants to join a running club here, and taking care of his doggo and plant babies. Some things to note: this is a smoke free property per lease, male or female roommates are fine, overnight guests are fine. We want to create a kind and fun environment where everyone feels safe and comfy, we are both homebodies, single, and always up for nature explorations. We would like someone we can hang with but also respect each other's space :)The room has vaulted ceilings, a really big closet (like you can fit a full sized dresser and theres still room for clothes to hang, big), and hard wood floors. You can fit a queen bed (both pics show with a Qbed in them) and a full dresser with plenty of room for activities. The room shares a bathroom with the other roommate(male). There are no lights in the room so you're free to add whatever kind of mood-setting lights you want, as you can see with one of our previous tennants :)  The house itself is bright and peaceful with a lot of natural lighting, vaulted ceilings throughout, and modern appliances. There are also multiple outdoor areas all around the house so you can hang out with friends privately, or you can hang out with the housemates.               There is a ton of street parking, and there is a privacy fence and security installed. The room is ’ and is upstairs, shares a (super big) bathroom with Josie. The room has super cute wallpaper for an accent wall and a deep closet. The kitchen is super nice with pretty new appliances + in unit washer+dryer and the house has AC/heat. There is a back porch and backyard but we haven’t done much to it.
