Hi all ! We’re looking for someone to move into our bath townhome located near SDSU! Monthly rental rate is $ a month with an additional $ expected in monthly utilities. The unit has no move in fees or security deposit as it is move in ready. However we are only looking for applicants that are willing to sign onto a year long lease starting . Room is available now and move in ready tho. 2 other occupants currently in the unit are year old males with interests in gaming, sports, and being outdoors.
