Two rooms available in a three bedroom walk up in Chinatown. The home is up two flights of stairs and has two stories. On the first floor is the kitchen, a shared space, the laundry, and my bedroom. On the second floor are two bedrooms, of unequal size. The smaller is $ hundred a month and the larger is $ hundred a month. The upstairs has two full baths and another shared space (some of which can be dedicated for whoever has the smaller room). I’m a thirty- year old professional non-binary/genderqueer person, so roommates must be LGBTQ+ friendly. The house has one cat and that’s all it can have. Optional off street parking for $ one-hundred-and-twenty- /a month. All utilities extra and shared between the roommates. I’m a firm believer in clear and open communication. Let’s have a coffee or tea together and find out if we want to share living expenses in this recession. I cook a lot, and eat meat, so vegetarians who are sensitive to meaty smells are not a good fit.I’m open to people of all adult ages and races, please note I don’t suffer fools or bigots. I will happily text you videos of the apartment and rooms and we can go visit the property together with the landlord or property manager. This place doesn’t want us to share digits, because then we wouldn’t be stuck with the scammy fees, but i do think the quickest way to find out if we are compatible is to have a conversation.

Our house is well maintained & cleaned consistently.The property has a full bathroom on each floor, a backyard area, & spacious roof-deck with spectacular views of center city- perfect for gardening, enjoying the sunset, or watching a movie.The area is filled with incredible food, sit-down dining, as well as take out- with numerous GF, vegan, or vegetarian options. A brand new Aldi & CVS opened around the corner - with a bagel shop coming soon. Also a bunch of coffee shops within walking distance (& around the corner!) The area is quick minute walk to Rittenhouse park/center city. It’s also a very walk-able as there are a few parks, a public pool, & smaller corner-parks!
