Cute house right off of Main Street in Royersford near a bunch of local businesses. Features a small side yard, a covered front porch, three floors, plus a basement for storage. A room available on the third floor which has a more separate living space with some additional room. Utilities are not included in rent, but they are split evenly. There are already three animals living in the house, and unfortunately, we will not be able to welcome any more.
