Overall located in the safer part of Downtown Seattle.I am a gay yr old woman (she/her) I have an orange cat named Noodle that roams free in shared spaces (living room, kitchen). Unfortunately no additional pets allowed.Additional non-negotiables:I work from home and would need the place quiet from pm M-F, I am looking for a roommate who works outside of the home with the same M-F work schedule.You would need to be a non-smoker, LGBTQ friendly, being ok living with a cat that roams freely (not in your private space just the shared spaces), BIPOC (preferred but not a requirement) and ok with having a roommate that is naturally more of a homebody during their downtime.
