Hello this house is sq feet, two rooms are available right now. The room is furnished and if you have furniture you allowed to use it. Each room have small ref plus 2 big ref outside the kitchen and the other one in the swimming pool area. It has centralized AC/ heater. The monthly rent is $ it includes all the utilities and internet in the rent. I’m looking for a person with stable job . No drugs and no alcoholic if you smokes only outside the house. Please be respectful. Other renters stayed in this house for more than 3 years they are all workaholic and you will seldom see each other. The deposit is $ I’m doing background checks .
