I am looking for a roomate to share a 3 bedroom home to save some $ during this horrible economy till next year at least. You have your (wing) side of house ( bedrooms), your own bathroom, and garage space. Must love dogs. I have 2 small friendly dogs under 8lbs. They love everyone. I’m easy to get along with as long as you are respectful, trustworthy, and responsible. Rent is basically half rent. I’ll pay for the extras that include yard, wifi, water, gas and electric. Proof of job and income is needed. Plus 2 reliable refrences please. I will do a back ground check. I need to know you are mentally stable & reliable when it comes to rent and job. That’s it! I always keep kitchen, dining area, and living area clean. However, I do have 2 tiny dogs that like to snuggle on couch. I change couch covers weekly. No I will not consider couples. This is till February then I will consider if I want to continue with you as a roomate. Room is furnished. I will give you extra storage space in second room, garage, and house too.
