Looking for single female roomate .

Looking for a laid back female roomate. I’m a very fit, active, empty nester and young at heart. I love the gym, tennis, hikes/runs, & binge Netflix sometimes. I am looking for a roomate to share a 3 bedroom home to save some $. Room is furnished. I will not reply to any post without profile information or photos. I will not accept
any couples either. I don’t need a roomate. I’m not rushed. Just looking for right the fit and person. I have only had one roomate my entire
life. However it was a great experience and that’s why I’m considering. You have your (wing) side of house ( bedrooms), your own bathroom, and garage space. I have 2 small friendly dogs under 8lbs. They love everyone. I’m easy to get along with as long as you are respectful, trustworthy, and responsible. Rent includes all bills and WiFi. I also have Netflix and all that. Proof of job and income is required. Plus 2 reliable refrences at least please. I will do a back ground check. I need to know you are stable & reliable.
