Looking for roomate to share house.

I’m single woman age but younger at heart. I’m laid back, love to workout, fun, and respectful. I am looking for a roomate to share a 3 bedroom home to save some $ during this horrible economy till next year at least. You have your (wing) side of house ( bedrooms), your own bathroom, and garage space. Must love dogs. I have 2 small friendly dogs under 8lbs. They love everyone. I’m pretty easy to get along with as long as you are also laid back and responsible. Rent is basically half rent. I’ll pay for the extras that include yard, wifi, water, gas and electric. Proof of job and income. Plus 2 reliable refrences please. I need to know you are mentally stable & reliable when it comes to rent and job. That’s it! Thank you!
