Looking for a mature but fun roomate. I’m an empty nester and young at heart. I’m laid back, love to go to the gym, play tennis, go on walks,
and binge Netflix sometimes. I am looking for a roomate to share a 3 bedroom home to save some $ during this horrible economy till next year at least. Maybe more depending on how we get along. You have your (wing) side of house ( bedrooms), your own bathroom, and garage space. I have 2 small very friendly dogs under 8lbs. They love everyone. I’m easy to get along with as long as you are respectful, trustworthy, and responsible. Rent is basically half rent. I’ll pay for the extras that include yard, wifi, water, gas and electric. Proof of job and income is needed. Plus 2 reliable refrences at least please. I will do a back ground check. I need to know you are mentally stable & reliable when it comes to rent and job. No…I will not consider “any” couples. Room is furnished. I will give you extra storage space in second room, garage, and house too.
