Hi there! I am a young male professional working remotely here in Southwest Las Vegas. I am currently looking for roommates to live in this beautiful and peaceful single family house.

There are two fully furnished rooms available starting June . Both rooms are identical in size, plenty of natural light, and furnished (i.e brand new desk, chair, mattress, and frame). If you do not need the furniture, I can also provide an empty room with a discount. The property provides shared areas (i.e. kitchen, bathroom, living room, laundry room, and backyard), fully equipped kitchen, and high speed internet. The property is conveniently located next to parks, shopping centers, gyms, restaurants, and community resident only swimming pool. The property is located in a highly desired Mountain's Edge master plan community close to Blud Diamond Rd (NV- minutes to the airport and minutes the strip.

I am looking for clean, quiet, and respectful roommates. There are certain house rules to follow (e.g. no smoking/partying, keeping shared areas clean after each use, no overnight guest unless allowed, etc). I prefer male roommates.

Each room is $ per month with additional $ for utilities and bi-weekly housekeeping provided. One month security deposit necessary. Street Parking (Garage assignment available if requested)
