There is a giant terracotta patio right outside the front door with a nice table and chairs and a stunning, peaceful view. The house itself has low maintenance LVP floors and carpet in the bedrooms. Your bedroom is large () and fully furnished too: queen bed, expensive mattress, bed sheets, blankets, comforter, towels, desk, TV, closet, and nice wall decorations. (see pictures).  You have just one bill: $ per month. This includes not just utilities, but also: washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, air-fryer, AC/heating and all utilities and of course high-speed internet. If you do the math, this is a good value!! More about your new roommate: I am a working professional, so I get up and go to work in the morning.
