Private Room in a Townhouse

Description

Hi I'm looking for a roommate that can share the 2nd master bedroom with a private bathroom on the 3rd floor of the property. The room is furnished with a bed frame and mattress, a closet in the bathroom, and 2 small shelves. The house comes with an interior parking garage on the 1st floor. The Solaire community has it's own public swimming pool and grills that can be used anytime. Looking for anyone that's clean and tidy. Ideally no pets but only cat is allowed. Thank you!
