You are looking for a furnished place to live and you want a considerate roommate. You want the house to be REALLY nice, clean and quiet and you don’t want to deal with drama. You want to be able to call the house your home for a while.
 
 I have the place for you. The entire place is fully furnished: leather sofa and loveseat, ” TV, dining room table and chairs, barstools, and the kitchen is fully furnished too (pots, pans, cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, EVERYTHING). There is a giant terracotta patio right outside the front door with a nice table and chairs and a stunning, peaceful view. The house itself has low maintenance LVP floors and carpet in the bedrooms. Your bedroom is large () and fully furnished too: queen bed, expensive mattress, bed sheets, blankets, comforter, towels, desk, TV, closet, and nice wall decorations. (see pictures).
 
 You have just one bill: $ per month. This includes not just utilities, but also: washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, air-fryer, AC/heating and all utilities and of course high-speed internet. If you do the math, this is a good value!!
 

More about your new roommate: I am a working professional, so I get up and go to work in the morning. Consequently, I need it to be quiet in the evenings during the week. I’m very active and spend a lot of time outside the house.
