Hello! 2 bedrooms are available now in my 3 bedroom apartment, for this summer into the next year. It's a first floor apartment in a super convenient location on Porter St. in Somerville—close to Porter Square. It’s within walking distance to Porter and Davis red line stops, Magoun green line, and multiple supermarkets. I have a car, but everything is so close, I rarely use my drive and walk % of the time.
Room A is located at the end of the front hallway, between the room I live in, and the common area. Room A dimensions: ~’ with a ” closet (there is a shared larger closet).
Room B is located off the kitchen, by the back entrance/exit. Room B Dimensions: also ~’ with a ” closet.
The common spaces (including a recently renovated kitchen with great counter space) are furnished but each room will be unfurnished. Each room has a closet and 2 windows. Rent is $ per room (there may be a small amount of flexibility on this). Landlords are local, and super responsive and helpful. There's a shared backyard with a great view of Cambridge - perfect spot for a summer picnic!My 2 roommates moved-out on short notice, and their rooms are in need of inhabitants! The rooms are vacant and empty and available for immediate move-in, should you like. It would be a sublet from now-August , and then a new lease September 1st—subletting from the 2 roommates still on the lease until September, they left recently for an opportunity that required relocation, but were signed on for the full year. The apartment is located on the top floor, no elevator. There is an air conditioner in the living room, but bedrooms require separate units that the individual must provide. There is a shared laundry in the basement of the building. There is a shared linen closet. The room for rent has a closest, but the potential roommate will also have full access to the hallway closet, doubling hanging space. The only utilities that the landlords don't cover is electricity and wifi. Majority of the year utilities are around , but in the summer because of the air conditioners utilities can reach . There is a pet fee of a month if you have or would want a pet. One guaranteed parking space is included and it's a quiet neighborhood. Also, the shared living space is fully furnished, but the bedroom is not. The location is perfect being with walking distance to a grocery store, dollar tree, laundromat, dry cleaning, savers, urgent care, dentist, gas station, commuter rail, and bus stops. If you enjoy nature, we are also located within walking distance of hiking and running trails.

Hey Everyone, I am a resident physician living in an a fantastic Downtown Crossing apartment. The apartment is spacious with awesome amenities (concierge, pool, gym, lounge/office) and views of the Boston Harbor. Located close to the Financial District and many Boston hospitals and with easy access to multiple T lines (Orange, Green, Blue, Red). There are plenty of nearby convenience stores, restaurants and grocery stores. My current roommate is unfortunately leaving Boston for a new job and I am looking for a new roommate starting July/August through June next year to take over the master bedroom with private bath (see attached pictures floor plan). The living room is furnished and only the bedroom would require furniture. I work long hours as a physician. But, in my free-time, I do try to use the pool and gym as much as possible and I enjoy going out to restaurants, bars, movies and concerts.
