The room for rent has a closest, but the potential roommate will also have full access to the hallway closet, doubling hanging space. The only utilities that the landlords don't cover is electricity and wifi. Majority of the year utilities are around , but in the summer because of the air conditioners utilities can reach . There is a pet fee of a month if you have or would want a pet. One guaranteed parking space is included and it's a quiet neighborhood. Also, the shared living space is fully furnished, but the bedroom is not. The location is perfect being with walking distance to a grocery store, dollar tree, laundromat, dry cleaning, savers, urgent care, dentist, gas station, commuter rail, and bus stops. If you enjoy nature, we are also located within walking distance of hiking and running trails.
