Hello! 2 bedrooms are available now in my 3 bedroom apartment, for this summer into the next year.

It's a first floor apartment in a super convenient location on Porter St. in Somerville—close to Porter Square. It’s within walking distance to Porter and Davis red line stops, Magoun green line, and multiple supermarkets. I have a car, but everything is so close, I rarely use my drive and walk % of the time.

Room A is located at the end of the front hallway, between the room I live in, and the common area. Room A dimensions: ~’ with a ” closet (there is a shared larger closet).
Room B is located off the kitchen, by the back entrance/exit. Room B Dimensions: also ~’ with a ” closet.
The common spaces (including a recently renovated kitchen with great counter space) are furnished but each room will be unfurnished. Each room has a closet and 2 windows.

Rent is $ per room (there may be a small amount of flexibility on this).
Landlords are local, and super responsive and helpful. There's a shared backyard with a great view of Cambridge - perfect spot for a summer picnic!

My 2 roommates moved-out on short notice, and their rooms are in need of inhabitants! The rooms are vacant and empty and available for immediate move-in, should you like. It would be a sublet from now-August , and then a new lease September 1st—subletting from the 2 roommates still on the lease until September, they left recently for an opportunity that required relocation, but were signed on for the full year.
